A premium single malt whisky aged in oak casks for three years before bottling, which gives it a smooth mellow taste.
Produced from Maris Otter barley grown in Sussex and floor malted at Warminster, Britain's oldest working maltings. It is mashed at Harvey's Brewery in Lewes with fresh spring water from the South Downs.
The malt sugars produced at the brewery in Lewes are fermented at the English Spirit Distillery in Great Yeldham.
Harvey's have traded as Wine and Spirit merchants in Sussex for more than two centuries.
