To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by 12pm on Monday, 18th December for GUARANTEED courier deliveries.
Note: While we will continue to dispatch orders after this date, we cannot guarantee their delivery in time for Christmas.

When an order is placed and the correct email address supplied, you will receive a confirmation email from ourselves when we have received the order.
An email from your courier with your tracking information will be sent to you when the item is dispatched.
Our items are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
If you wish to nominate a neighbour, please put their house number in the comments box in the checkout.
Our shipping costs are calculated on the weight and number of the items selected and UK Value Added Tax is included in the Postage Price. If you have any concerns over your order please contact our shop on 01273 480 217.
Some postcodes qualify for local delivery rates, if this rate applies to you this will be offered to you at the checkout.
When selecting a local delivery slot please be aware these will only be delivered on the days specified.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order then please contact Harvey’s Brewery Shop and we will arrange with you for the return of your order and to resolve any problems. It is essential to check all goods before signing for them.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature, or if you have not received your items within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org..
Please return any merchandise to our Harvey’s Brewery Shop and any unsuitable merchandise in good condition. We will always do our best to resolve any issues with items and replace or refund items when possible. Harvey and Son Lewes (Ltd) retain the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn or degraded through use.
Damage in transit – should you experience any breakages in transit then please contact Harvey’s Brewery Shop as soon as possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible at the Harvey’s Brewery Shop if your Polypin has not arrived in time.
If there are any issues with quality and the beer has been stored correctly, as directed in our guide to Caring For Your Polypins, and is within its shelf-life, we will arrange for the beer to be collected so it can be tested in our quality control unit.
