      NOTICE: Due to the ongoing Covid_19 situation we have been advised that our couriers at APC will be signing for items on the customers behalf for the safety of their staff, and to abide by the Governments social distancing strategies.

      • All orders containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult (18+). Due to this, we are unable to leave items in a safe place.
      • We deliver Monday - Friday only.
      • All orders are processed by 12pm every day – orders made after this time will be dispatched the following day:
        • An item ordered on Monday before 12pm will be dispatched that day, orders made after 12pm will be dispatched on Tuesday. Items ordered on a Friday before 12pm will be dispatched that day, and after 12pm the following Monday.
        • When selecting a Harvey's Direct Delivery service please go to the tab below for more information on cut-offs for the these days. ↓
      • Polypins are dispatched Monday to Thursday, delivered Tuesday to Friday only. This is due to the live nature of the product.
      • Please note requested delivery dates are subject to the delivery time stated below and are not guaranteed.

      When an order is placed and the correct email address supplied, APC will send an email including your tracking number. Please check your junk email if they are not listed in your email address book.

      Please Note: APC is unable to guarantee a time of delivery. Our items are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. If you wish to nominate a neighbour, please put their house number in the comments box in the checkout. Items undelivered will be returned to our depot.

      Our shipping costs are calculated on the weight and number of the items selected and UK Value Added Tax is included in the Postage Price.

      Some postcodes qualify for Direct Delivery rates, if this rate applies to you this will be offered to you at the checkout.

      When selecting a Direct Delivery slot please be aware these will only be delivered on the days specified. If this day doesn't suit your order please select the courier option instead.

      Orders must be placed by 12pm the preceding day to be eligible for the selected Direct Delivery day that week. Orders made after 12pm the preceding day will be forwarded on to the next weeks delivery.

      • An order placed before 12pm on Monday for 'RH' Direct Delivery will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm on Monday for 'RH' Direct Delivery will dispatched a week later on the following Tuesday delivery.

      We offer a 24 hour collection service and customers will be emailed once their order is ready to collect.

      Parking is available in our Brewery yard, when driving take a left after the bridge on Cliffe High Street opposite Argos, prior to reaching the Brewery Shop.

    • How do I send my E-Gift Card?

      E-Gift cards are emailed to the customer upon payment in the online shop, from there you can email your E-gift card to your recipient or print it out and post it in a card them. Please visit the E-Gift card product page for more information.

      We do not ship outside of UK Mainland and are unable to deliver to some Mainland postcodes (see EXCLUDED POSTCODES above ^).


      We do not offer a Saturday or weekend delivery service at this time.

      If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order then please contact Harvey’s Brewery Shop and we will arrange with you for the return of your order and to resolve any problems.

      It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature, or if you have not received your items within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by e-mail at

      Please return any merchandise to the Harvey's Depot and Collections and any unsuitable merchandise in good condition. We will always do our best to resolve any issues with items and replace or refund items when possible. Harvey and Son Lewes (Ltd) retain the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn or degraded through use.

      Damage in transit – should you experience any breakages in transit then please contact Harvey’s Brewery Shop as soon as possible.

      Please contact us as soon as possible at the Harvey’s Brewery Shop if your Polypin has not arrived in time. If there are any issues with quality and the beer has been stored correctly, as directed in the enclosed Caring For Your Polypins guide, and is within its shelf-life, we will arrange for the beer to be collected so it can be tested in our quality control unit.
