Subscribe & Save: Terms of Service
Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Harvey and Son (Lewes) Ltd.
You’ll receive a 5% discount for all subscription orders. On all subscription orders you will qualify for the best product and delivery price available.
Subscribe & Save items will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel. By placing your order you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected.
This service currently applies to Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter, Harvey's Old Ale and Harvey's Olympia bottled, draught and canned products subject to availability on Harvey and Son (Lewes) Ltd website https://shop.harveys.org.uk/
Introductory Prize-Draw: Free Beer for a year
The first 25 subscribers to Harvey and Son (Lewes) Ltd Subscribe and Save subscription will be entered into a prize-draw to win 'free beer for a year'!
The winner will receive a free monthly subscription of Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter, Harvey's Old Ale, or Harvey's Olympia for 12 months from the date of the prize-draw.

- The first twenty five subscribers will be notified of entry into the prize-draw by email

- Active Subscribe and Save Subscribers Only
- Winner will be drawn once twenty five subscribers has been reached
- Winner will be chosen at random
- No cash alternative will be given

- Limitations of liability: To the fullest extent possible in law, Harvey and Son (Lewes) Ltd does not accept any responsibility or liability for Inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the website or any combination thereof
CHANGING, UPDATING AND CANCELLING
We don't want to see you go, but to change the frequency or cancel your subscription couldn't be easier. Do this at any time through the My Subscriptions section which can be found in My Account.
If you change your mind you can also reactivate your subscription at any time too.
We do require 48 hours notice before your next billing date to implement any changes requested.
If the card we have on file is declined by your card issuer, Shopify will reattempt payment again after 1 day, and up to 8 times from the initial failed payment. If your payment fails after the attempts, you won’t receive that month’s box and your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
If your payment has been declined, this could be due to insufficient funds, or a bank card being past its expiry date. Please check these details if you have payment issues. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to help.
You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will make every effort to provide the Subscription service on time and in accordance with the Confirmation Email. However, there may be delays, suspensions and short notice cancellations due to events outside our control.
We will contact you to let you know in advance when such problems occur, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency.
If we have to make any changes for the reasons set out above we will offer you an alternative product or a refund of any amounts you have already paid as soon as possible.
Harvey's Brewery strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither Harvey's Brewery, nor any employee or representative of Harvey's Brewery will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Where it is not possible to supply all items from your order we will contact you and offer a similar replacement or refund.
