Clear Malt Spirit.
Produced from Maris Otter barley grown in Sussex and floor malted at Warminster, Britain's oldest working maltings. It is mashed at Harvey's Brewery in Lewes with fresh spring water from the South Downs.
Harvey's have traded as Wine and Spirit Merchants in Sussex for more than two centuries.
50cl, 42% ABV, brewed at Harvey's Brewery and distilled at the English Spirit Distillery.
This unaged spirit can be enjoyed chilled as a digestive, it also works well with Ginger Ale. Subsequent batches will be put into Oak casks and aged, then bottled as Whisky when the time is right.
