This wine comes from the grapes cultivated on the morainic hills facing the east side of Garda lake. It is characteristic for its low intense ruby colour tending to garnet red, for its slim body and for the delicately vinous bouquet. The moderate ageing makes it harmonious, velvety and more complete.

For over 100 years the Fabiano family have been growing, producing and selling wines from the Veneto region in north east Italy. The winery is now run by the fourth generation, brothers Alessandro and Michele Fabiano, under the watchful eye of their father Nicola.

Perfect with rich beef dishes, pasta, lamb and game.

Prosecco DOC Spumante Extra Dry, 11.5% ABV
Torre dei Vescovi / Italy

Soft and pale yellow, with a fine and lively perlage. Bright aromas of pear and narcissus flowers come to the fore, with a fresh and soft mouthfeel culminating in a dry crisp finish.

In 1955, 33 keen vine-growers coming from Montecchio Maggiore and the neighbouring towns founded the "Cantina Sociale dei Colli Vicentini", in the heart of Veneto renowned for its ancient qualified vine-growing tradition. The co-operative produces the excellent Colli Vincentini range together with the premium "Torre dei Vescovi" range, a collection coming from the best selected grapes in order to satifsfy the most demanding and fine palates.

Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie, 2019, 12% ABV

An elegant Pinot Grigio with touches of almond, apple, peach and white flowers. Rounded subtle citrus flavours express through to a soft, lasting finish.

Before Harvey's became the Brewery it is today, the company was already an established Wine and Spirit Merchant in Sussex, with records showing the delivery of Old Red Port, Sherry and Claret to Lewes and it's surrounding villages since the 1790's.
