Say hello to Pells Pale - our new, easy-drinking pale ale brewed with fresh South Downs spring water and a crisp mix of UK and New Zealand hops.
Clean, light, and full of subtle citrus flavour, this crushable pale is the perfect summer fridge filler. To keep things balanced and refreshing we've used heritage Plumage Archer malt for a smooth backbone.
Named after the old Sussex word for a body of water, Pells Pale is inspired by the same spring water that feeds the local Pells Pool Lido and beauty spots around Lewes.
