Ch. Bonalgue Pomerol
The 9.41 hectare vineyard of Chateau Bonalgue is planted to 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The vines are located just northeast of Libourne. The vineyard has a terroir of sand, gravel and clay.
This wine is from the celebrated 2015 vintage, it has the opulence you hope for in a great Pomerol. The wine is ready now but will continue to develop for a few years yet.
Food pairing; excellent with beef.

Before Harvey's became the Brewery it is today, the company was already an established Wine and Spirit Merchant in Sussex, with records showing the delivery of Old Red Port, Sherry and Claret to Lewes and it's surrounding villages since the 1790's.
