Georgian Dragon: A Ruby ale with a fruity aroma and a sustained, lingering bitterness with a subtle hit of lip-smacking fruitcake.
Origins: This intensely hoppy, ruby ale was first brewed in April 2010 for St. Georges Day. However, the label actually commemorates a lesser known hero, Dr Gideon Mantell, the original Father of Palaeontology.
Food Pairing with Pete Brown and Adrian Tierney-Jones: Cheddar, Bangers and Mash, Steak and kidney pudding, Viennese pastries.
